The Zimmerman House is the product of a proactive collaboration between the clients, Bruno and Hedy Zim-merman, the architect Hugh Gordon,the interior designer Karen McNamara and the Thermal Engineer, Andreas Luzzi. Setting out to build a passive, environmentally responsible and energy positive building is not easy, but the positive dialogue, extent of technical knowledge and commitment between all involved ensured the Zimmerman house’s success as a functional 9.6 star rated house.
